SPL Automation

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement where in I need to automate the loading of SPL data downloaded from Mkdenial website.

Till today some one from our team is manually going to Mkdenial web site and downloads the XML file to his workstation and uploads the same into GTS using the SPL upload process.

But I understand from Mkdenial web site that they are providing the web services, so can some one please guide me on how to utilize this web services to automate the process (Including data download from Mkdenial and Upload into GTS).

We do have SAP XI in our landscape, so we are ready to utilize this if need be.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi

You can ask the web developers to write a program to download the xml files from the MKDATA website and store it somewhere on the network. Then you can schedule a daily job in GTS for the transaction-/SAPSLL/SPL_UL01 and upload the SPL data

There are companies which offer solutions for automatic SPL import.

In Germany for example PST AG with Data Loader ([www.pst.ag|http://www.pst.ag]).
