CRM UI fail to start

Hello;

We are facing an issue with the crm_ui, we are running CRM 7.0 in SQL 2008 SP 1, when we launch the crm_ui interface, the browser first shows the logon screen but when clicking the logon button it get stuck in "Starting SAP CRM" and no mather what it does not work (not evena a time out error).

After checking the WEBAS, we found that de DIA WP are responding to the request but then they end, and no apparent error is shown in the trace file...

Does any one have an idea of what might be going on?

Hello

Thanks for the replay, i finally find out the error, it took me some time to find the next SAP Notes, both are the solution to the "Starting ......" issue.

1358218 - WebClient UI doesn't start displaying "Starting...." forever

Hi,

Please check in ST22 and SM21 if it is showing any error there. Also, is this happening only from one PC or all PC's and check for if any network issues.
