Runtime workbench - authorization error re-sending messages

Hi,

We have just upgraded to SP16 - I have 67 messages in adapter engine with a status of 'System error' when I try and re-send I get the following error :-

Authorization failed for the specified security roles. For details see log entry 0012799E63EA00E900000031000074AA0004161A7A9B4C08

It then prompts me for my password - I re-enter my password and press resend but I still get the same error.

Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you resolve it.
