Job getting cancelled

Hi,

There is a job that is getting cancelled we are getting a message saying that ABAP/4 processor: SYSTEM_NO_ROLL.The program is picking large number of records.Is there any possible way where we can increase the memory

What is the value of ztta/max_memreq_MB parameter in ur system ?

If the Program behind that Background Job is well tuned, and If ztta/max_memreq_MB value is low, then increase it.

Hi,

SYSTEM_NO_ROLL can come due to various reason. Its not necessary that there is some memory issue with your syste. Could you please provide us the details about your background job and the termination reason from ST22?

Hi Ambarish,

If the job is a Z program, as a first step, ask your ABAP-er to tune it.
