SOLAR01: Business Scenarios

Hi,

I am getting the error when I do the following:

1.) Go to a project in SOLAR01

2.) Highlight "Business Scenarios"

3.) Go to the Structure tab and source set to business process repository, open the input help

4.) From the "Buinsess Process Repository Selection Help" screen, select SAP CRM-->Field Applications

Error: Error while removing contexts.

Message no. SOLAR_MESSAGES031

Please help urgently.

yes, update ST-ICO to 22. updating ST-ICO had fixed my issue.

Hi Shyam,

I have applied patch 22, but I still get the same error.

Also note, I have connected Solution Manager to CRM 7.0 ABAP system. But, I do not see CRM 7.0 related components under the business scenarios in SOLAR01.

I see two options for CRM: 1. SAP CRM and 2. SAP CRM 2006S. Also, I am unable to view SAP CRM 7.0 in the t-code SMSY product list.

Please help.

Hi Shyam,

I have applied patches for ST to level 31 and ST-ICO to level 22. However, the values under the nodes CRM Analytics is completely blank and those under other CRM related nodes example Enterprise Marketing is showing only 4 values.

Similary the other nodes in CRM are incomplete.

I do not get any error.

Please help urgently.

You applied note 984189 ?

can you post the message you get after executing the functional module. and also your current ST-ICO version

Hi Shyam,

I applied note 0001327596. The SAP Note 0000984189 cannot be implemented in my system.

Also, I still get the same error as mentioned in the main issue.

The current ST - ICO version is 17. I think I will have to upgarde it to 22 at least.

Hi,

The BPR-content is stored within software component ST-ICO,

if you run Function module SOLAR_BPR_F4 in test mode with

I_STRUCT_TYPE = BMBSL

than you can see, this is what you should be seeing.

Normally this error disappear when ST-ICO is upgraded.
