Error during PO transfer to backend: Item 00002 does not exist

Hi SRM gurus,

Just wanted to refer this error message appearing in the SRM application monitors after transfer of PO to backend system (R3) failed (Error in Proess). Anyone encountered the same for SRM Server 5.5?

already solved by disabling a custom BADI for line item pricing condition

Hi Azad,

No this is not a change version for the PO. It happens only for Outline-service type items. Note: we're using extended classic scenario and original document is a PR coming from R3 system being converted to SHC in SRM via RFC program. For product type = goods, we don't have any problem during PO replication.

But wait, the change version in PO is not reflected as well to the R3 system, =(

Hi Mike,

Is this a change version PO that you are trying to send to the backend. This looks like an issue with mapping of the BAPI data that is being sent to the backend.
