PDF wrong charactesr

hi all,

i am sending PDF as atachement to applicants transaction PB60.

I have created standard texts( SO10) for mail contain.On local printer all characters are ok, but

when SAP convert this letter as PDF , some characters are changed to ## % this char are helvetica chars u0161,đ,đ,ž.

What to do, instal new font or?

Check if the font is installed on your ADS. Maybe you can maintain substitutes (if not exists then use...).

Or (fastest!) pick another font in the form design (LCD). I can recommend Myriad Pro, which has always worked for me even with obscure character sets (languages).
