1) how can i use EJB in XI ?

2) in what way java proxy , webservices ...?

3) must i use BPM for that?

You can create a WebService from your EJB module. Just open the web service perspective and you will see your EJB project getting listed in the EJB view of the perspective. From the context menu select Create Web Service and follow the wizard.You will need to create a EAR which would finally be deployed on WebAS.
