In process inspection

Gurus,

I have activated in process inspecion with insp point 150.For ex the production order is for 100 pieces.In MIC i have given

summary recording of results.But the requirement is inspection has to be done for 5 pieces every two hrs.If i Give Single

results then in RR the system will give 100 lines.I need to record results for only 5 pieces.How to ovecome the problem?

This can be solved by

1.Use sampling procedure with inspection point & sampling scheme.

In sampling scheme use the sample size 5 for lot of 100 or what ever it may be.

Apply this sampling procedure to each MIC attached i theask list /Routings.

2.Use sampling procedure fixed type with sample size 5 & apply to each MIC.

Use single RR option with fixed scope .System will give only 5 options for RR.

If you are using ispection plan / Routing.

in the MIC which is used in routing , give the sample procure ( fixed type )

1. In sample schema whcihc used in samle procedure for insp point

give the sample size 5 ,
