Upgrade to SRM7

Dear colleagues ,

We working SRMSERVER 550 extended classic scenario with ECC 5,

We in a middle of checking the possibility to upgrade to SRM7.

First is there any one know where can we find the release notes document for SRM 7?

Second, Can we work ECC5 as backend system for SRM7?

You can find a lot of information about SAP solutions but not on SRM7.

Navigate the following tree path to reach the location where you can fing the SRM Release notes.

SAP Solutions -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) .

To get full functionality of SRM70 eg. Central contract, Harmonized user interface, etc ECC60with Enahancement pack4 is must. You will not get these new functionalities with ECC50.

SRM 7.0 supports ERP backend from R/3 Enterprise 4.7. ( R/3 4.6C and lower versions are not supported)
