Sending print lists electronically

Hi experts. Not sure if this is the correct forum. We use Esker Deliveryware to electronically send some forms out of SAP (invoices, purchase orders, sales order acknowledgments). It works nicely. Now we want the capability to send custom ALV reports, queries, and other simple print lists electronically as well. Need to be able to send via email or fax. Esker is trying to help us with this, but I'm getting the idea that they do not have any experience with this. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Hello,

1) you can create a print form (for example smartform or Adobe form, especially Adobe is very straightforward and visually developed), the output will be formatted and cool in most of the ways. Very simple form in Adobe would take you like hour or two (well, not the first one when you´re a beginner but it is a cool technology)

2) you can convert spool into PDF
