Can we re-route to Substitue Message processor

In our scenario, our manager gets the alerts for the incidents being assigned to our team and she re-routes them to the developers. Now, in her absence, is there a way or a setting to re-route the alerts in SM to another team member

Hi

in solman_workcenter and incident management tab

check ther is a option called My SUBSTITUTE under Common Tasks thus you can assign for her absense that person as a SM manager

Hope it solved ur problem

Thank you Prakhar. When I put the business partner number in the pop-up, and hit the search button, my details are not getting filled in the table below it.

Is this a config problem? if so, please let me know what needs to be done to get the details.

hi

the two person must hav identical BP or belong to same set of team with same authorizations.

and whn you enter BP no or dont enter then it must giv that one or all

what do you mean by hierarchy

i mean if i m gng on leave i wil logon to my workcenter and assign the respective person bp in it or group bp in it if u hav more than one person

IF both BP are having same authorization in the resp Userid thn

No this is not a a config error

raise a mesg with sap so that they can check why search button is not working

may be they wil provide a sap note to fix this bug.
