Problem with SXI_MONITOR

Hi,

I'm facing this problem.. in my DEV system the SXI_MONITOR shows the complete pipeline:

inbound message

receiver identification

interface determination

receiving grouping

technical rounting

call adapter......

but in my PRD system I have this:

receiver grouping

receiver grouping

receiver grouping

receiver grouping

receiver grouping

receiver grouping

in both integration engines , I have the same configuration:

any idea?

Hi,

the parameter for this setting should be the trace level in

SXMB_ADM>Integration Engine Configuration> specific configuration.

Please check that you really have the same configuration.

Hi,

in other computer I see the same.....

and YES, is the SAME configuration in both systems... and in QAS I have the same problem, only DEV is OK.

Trace Level = 3

SXMB_ADM->manage_queues->register queues (OK) - activate queues (OK)...

but doesn't works.

apparently... the solution was register and activate the queues again...

now is working fine

did you try opening SXI_MONITOR on some other computer for PRD?
