Hello,
On our systems, I run the following test on Tuesday 22 Feb 2010.
I go through the following steps:
st03 -> Expert mode -> expand Week -> This week
Then I have an empty page with the message:
No data available for hostname_DEV_00 Week 22.02.2010
Message no. S03113
Day view (for the 22.02.2010) and month view (that includes the 22.02.2010) are not empty.
It is only the week view that does not show any data although it has the data for the 22th.
Would you know what could be the source of my problem?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Hi All,
for me implementing note 1443908 version 35 solved the problem.
regards
Mike

Hello,
Just for my information, have you run the program that is specified in the note?
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Good afternoon Michael,
Do you mean that you are going to provide a new NOTE for 6.40?
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Good morning Michael,
Would you know what the plans are to solve this problem on 6.40?
Thanks in advance for your help.
benoitbs,
that sounds like all the corrections have now messed up the code.
uninstall the complete not and re-install it using transaction SNOTE.
this correction has been working fine for me from it's version 26 on.

ooops! Correction - it hasn't worked at all! I had been looking at the wrong system, an ECC 6.0 - sorry.
Hello all,
a solution is provided in [note 1443908|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1443908]. As the note was released only some hours ago there doesn't exist an english version yet, but they included the english text also in the german version of the note.
Regards, Michael

Thanks for the note.
Hello,
yes, this a bug in SAP. It affects all releases up to and including 640.
The weekly data is not available starting with week 22.02.2010 - 28.02.2010.
At the moment SAP is working with high pressure to provide a correction for this behaviour.
Until the correction is available SAP recommends to increase the retention period for the daily statistics (e.g. 30 days). This way it would be possible to recalculate the missing weekly data using the daily data as soon as the problem is corrected.

Good morning Sidhu,
For the University of Geneva, they have also asked to increase the retention period.
Then no news have been reported to us from sap.

Good afternoon Nicolas,
Good to hear that.
we have open a case (157563 / University of Geneva).
Which ECC and WAS version are you using?
When has the problem started for you?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Hi Benoit,
We are on the same version as you: ECC 5.0 with WAS 6.40
This problem started somewhere last week, the week before we had no issues. I have no idea is something special has been implemented during those days
It's very strange that it's only the data of last week that we can't see. There is no problem with viewing last month's data, or the daily data of every day of last week...
This means that the data is in the system, but ST03 just doesn't find it.
If you get a response from SAP, please let me know.
kind regards,
Nicolas De Corte
Good afternoon,
What is a good news is that it is exactly the same problem, starting at the same date, with the same server version.
If I tell this to Sap, they are going to invest more in the bug direction.
If someone else has this problem, please do not hesitate to post to this thread.
Regards,
Hi !
We have exactly the same issue on 3 landscapes.
- SAP HR lanscape with basis 640
- SAP ECC 5 landscape with basis 640
- SAP BW 3.5 landscape with basis 640.
of course, our five 7.00 lanscapes are not impacted !!!
the issue is on the same week, workload overview is blank in ST03n, with exactly the same message.
I'm gooing to open a call to SAP too.
Thx to let us informed of SAP answers.
Bruno.

Good morning Juan,
Yes I have read it.
But it has not helped me finding out the problem.
The data is collected because Day and Month view are updated.
But there is a bug with the week view only.
Thanks for your help.
Dear all,
We just meet the same issue in ECC5 landscape of 640.
From 2010-02-22, this week information of ST03 can't display while other content such as this month and today and other periods all are normal.
While i have no OSS account, i can just post it here, thanks for any update information from all of you!
The collector job is probably not scheduled or getting cancelled...
look for SAP_COLLECTOR _FOR PERFMONITOR job
Also read, SAP Note 16083 - Standard jobs, reorganization jobs

Good afternoon Juan,
SAP_COLLECTOR _FOR PERFMONITOR is running.
I see it with sm37.
If it was not running, We would not get the daily stats.
The problem is somewhere else.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
