st03/st03n missing "this week info"

Hello,

On our systems, I run the following test on Tuesday 22 Feb 2010.

I go through the following steps:

st03 -> Expert mode -> expand Week -> This week

Then I have an empty page with the message:

No data available for hostname_DEV_00 Week 22.02.2010

Message no. S03113

Day view (for the 22.02.2010) and month view (that includes the 22.02.2010) are not empty.

It is only the week view that does not show any data although it has the data for the 22th.

Would you know what could be the source of my problem?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

huh?

I mean - apart from stating the obvious - how did that note solve your problem? What Support-Package level do you have on NW640?

Former Member

Hi,

Apply the BASIS support package SAPKB64026 or apply the correction instruction across the landscape (Apply in DEV and transport to QAS & PRD).

Thanks

Jibin.

Hello,

This morning the weekly stats is still empty.

When should it starts feeding?

For your info, I have not launched the Abap progam because the last three week history is critical for us.

Thanks in advcnae for your help.

We have still the same problem (running ECC5 with WebAS 6.40) and we also installed the note but there are no results in weekly view since 22.02.

May be it' necessary to replan the job again because of changes in used programs ???

Any other information from SAP ?

Mike

Hello,

Just for my information, have you run the program that is specified in the note?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hello,

in basis release 640 there still seems to exist a problem causing the weekly data to be deleted by the reorganization.

So deactivating report RSSTAT61 in TCOLL temporarily should prevent the data from deletion.

Good morning Michael,

Would you know what the plans are to solve this problem on 6.40?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Good morning,

SAP support has asked me to reimplement it.

This morning, I have tried to implement version 30 of the note but there is a syntax

error, when I apply it:

Source code LSTUWU31

No 2nd "ELSE" statement allowed

Thanks in advance for your help.

benoitbs,

that sounds like all the corrections have now messed up the code.

uninstall the complete not and re-install it using transaction SNOTE.

this correction has been working fine for me from it's version 26 on.

ooops! Correction - it hasn't worked at all! I had been looking at the wrong system, an ECC 6.0 - sorry.

Hello all,

a solution is provided in [note 1443908|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1443908]. As the note was released only some hours ago there doesn't exist an english version yet, but they included the english text also in the german version of the note.

Hello,

yes, this a bug in SAP. It affects all releases up to and including 640.

The weekly data is not available starting with week 22.02.2010 - 28.02.2010.

At the moment SAP is working with high pressure to provide a correction for this behaviour.

Until the correction is available SAP recommends to increase the retention period for the daily statistics (e.g. 30 days). This way it would be possible to recalculate the missing weekly data using the daily data as soon as the problem is corrected.

Hi Michael,

Any updates from SAP on this issue? We are also missing data in ST03N from 2/22 - 2/28.

We are on 640 kernel.

Thanks,

Tony

Good morning Sidhu,

For the University of Geneva, they have also asked to increase the retention period.

Then no news have been reported to us from sap.

Good afternoon Nicolas,

Good to hear that.

we have open a case (157563 / University of Geneva).

Which ECC and WAS version are you using?

When has the problem started for you?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Former Member

Hi Benoit,

We are on the same version as you: ECC 5.0 with WAS 6.40

This problem started somewhere last week, the week before we had no issues. I have no idea is something special has been implemented during those days

It's very strange that it's only the data of last week that we can't see. There is no problem with viewing last month's data, or the daily data of every day of last week...

This means that the data is in the system, but ST03 just doesn't find it.

If you get a response from SAP, please let me know.

kind regards,

Nicolas De Corte

Good afternoon,

What is a good news is that it is exactly the same problem, starting at the same date, with the same server version.

If I tell this to Sap, they are going to invest more in the bug direction.

If someone else has this problem, please do not hesitate to post to this thread.

Hi !

We have exactly the same issue on 3 landscapes.

- SAP HR lanscape with basis 640

- SAP ECC 5 landscape with basis 640

- SAP BW 3.5 landscape with basis 640.

of course, our five 7.00 lanscapes are not impacted !!!

the issue is on the same week, workload overview is blank in ST03n, with exactly the same message.

I'm gooing to open a call to SAP too.

Thx to let us informed of SAP answers.

Bruno.

Did you read SAP Note 12103 - Contents of the TCOLL table?, it might help to understand the issue.

Good morning Juan,

Yes I have read it.

But it has not helped me finding out the problem.

The data is collected because Day and Month view are updated.

But there is a bug with the week view only.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

SAP asked me to increase the retention period of the daily data... Seems like it might take a while before they'll solve it

Dear all,

We just meet the same issue in ECC5 landscape of 640.

From 2010-02-22, this week information of ST03 can't display while other content such as this month and today and other periods all are normal.

While i have no OSS account, i can just post it here, thanks for any update information from all of you!

Good afternoon Juan,

SAP_COLLECTOR _FOR PERFMONITOR is running.

I see it with sm37.

If it was not running, We would not get the daily stats.

The problem is somewhere else.

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hello,

We have 4 systems.

In the 3 systems where it is empty, I have noticed that it is written:

Time period 0 Day(s) 23:58:22

In my only system where it is not empty:

Time period 1 Day(s) 00:00:00

Thanks in advance for your help.

Good afternoon,

Thanks for the link.

Unfortunately, the note is for WAS 7.00 and we are using ECC 5.0 with WAS 6.40.

Therefore this does not apply for us.
