Resize the page using script

Is there any way using the script that we can resize the height of a page at run time ?

Well, why would you do that? Please describe your scenario. Why don´t you

1) create two separeate forms and based on the condition printone or the other

2) create two master pages and two page-subforms and only set the presence of the form parts at runtime

3) if you would change ONLY the page size at runtime, what would happen with the layout placed on the page? You need to script all page transformation OR (BETTER) create two page layouts
