Timeout on shopping basket

Hi SRM people,

We are running SRM 5 with 2 productive clients on one server. When one of the users, is receiving a time_out when attempting to add basket items to requisition. The other users in the same or other client is working without a problem.

I have set the rdisp/max_wprun_time parameter to 3600s but is seems like it is not enough. 1 hour should be enough to perform the action, right?

I performed a trace on the user and I see that it seems to "loop" on object SPERS_OBJ. Has anybody seen this before?

i believe profile value taken into account after restart the server. can you check basis people plz and confirm the same.
