Report export (download) functionality missing

Hi Experts

The Export function for the report S_ALR_87013532 is inactive.

I need to download this hierarchy report to spreadsheet, but i could not get this.

Please suggest any customization action due.

for hierarchy reports you should be in classical view to export to excel

you are probably in Graphical view which means you could do html export but not export to excel

go to CJE2 and double click on 12KST1D - out put options tab

make sure you set to classical

Hi,

I think your problem is related to the output type. If you are executing report in graphical display.

I had the same problem sometimes ago and I made the report can be executed in graphical way or classic way.

My solution was --> Go to CJE0 --> Select your report 12KST1D --> Change output type (here select available on selection screen) and save

Now you can select ( when report is executed graphical or classic) --> select classic and then you can export the report.
