VA05 Layout Problem

Hi ALL experts

In Va05 Settings>>Layouts>>Administration and Save is Gray colored(Disabled).

I have added parameter SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN=A in user profile.

After that also it is disabled .

Can any one help me plz.

I am using ECC 5.0

Hi Alim,

Please kindly confirm that you are trying to work with the list

layout from inside the report not from the search criteria entry screen.

Please try SU53 to look for missing authorization.

There is no missing objects.

Even i have given SAP_ALL to the specific user.

Please execute the VA05 report first. Then in the list layout go to menu > settings. You should be able to see the required adminstration.

Hi Alim,

Go to SU3 --> Maintain SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN = U

Go to VA05 --> give your rquired inputs --> Enter --> system will show you the list of order --> Click at "settings" --> Layouts --> "Save" --> A pop up screenwill come --> In feild "Save layout" --> give your layout name --> In field "Name" --> give the discription.

Other sdn users can also follow below procedure...

1) System - User Profile - Own Data

2) Go to Parameters Tab

3) ID: SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN Value: X

4) Hit Enter & then Save

Log Off from SAP & the Log On

after it save option vl be enable.
