consolidate delivery for STO's

Hi folks,

how to do consolidate the multiple sto's for single delivery..

( note i know there should be same ship to party, shipping point, shiping sate as well as order combination field should be activated at Ship to party.. but these all are not supporting)

so kindly pass on any clue.. or is there any copy control setting for UB and NL docs type..

Hi

KIndly check the belwo

1. Copy control combination for del type NL & default order type (maintained in delivery itemcategory--OVLP) DL in VTLA

2. Shipping point and the delivery dates in the STOs should be same

3. Order combination indicator should be ticked in the ship to party (Receiving plant)

Target delivery type NL Replenishment Dlv.

Source sls doc. type DL Order Type Sched.Ag.

Order requirements 000

Combination requirmt 000

Header Data 301 Header w/o Order

Header Data Ext. Sys 0

Handling Units 000

Copy item number

Item category:NLN

Order requirements 0

Item data 302 Item w/o Sales Order

Item Ext. System 0

Business data 0

Update document flow Pos./neg. quantity +

By doing above you are able to generate the single delivery for multiple STo's

Hi

This scenario i tested and it is working

In VL10B if u execute and if there are 4 or 5 POs then select that POs one by one (collectively ) and click background once

If the shipping point and delivering plant and ship to party are same then all 5 POs fall in single delivery

As suggested check your delivery type config in OVLK

There will be default order type in that mostly DL

Make sure in VTLA between DL to NL the copy contols are maintained well and for item category NLN also

There are a lot of threads which explain what all settings needs to be maintained for combining deliveries

Maintain them and try

Mutliple STOs can be definately combined into a single delivery
