Extending division 50 to Plant 5000 and sale organization 5000

Dear Gurus,

Currently division 50 is available in plant 1000 and sale organization 1000.

I need to extend division 50 to sales organization 5000 and plant 5000.

Kindly provide the step by step procedures to do the same.

Hi

Create Sales org 5000

IMG>ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE>ASSIGNMENTS--->ASSING DIVISIONS TO SALES ORGANISATION

in above option assign 50 to 5000

Then assing S.org 5000 to plant 5000

This setting will fufill your requirement

Hi Raj,

The above post already suggested you, how to assign the division to Sales org.

After that do not for get to set up the sales area

SPRO > Enterprise Structure>Assignment --> Sales and Distribution --> Set up sales area

Regarding the extension of division in plant then as such there is no place.

But When you create a material in MM01 then you can assign your division there.

In SPR0---- for Division to sales organization

Enterprise structure-sales and distassignment--assign division to sales organization

but a division is not assign to plant. We assign sales organization -distribution channel to plant....so if u want to extend ur plant thn do it in material master with proper customizing in IMG

There is no link for Division and the Plant,

You can assign the Divison to the Sales organisation in the Customizing

path :

IMG>ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE>ASSIGNMENTS--->ASSING DIVISIONS TO SALES ORGANISATION

here you can assign the Division to Sales organisation
