Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where we need to handle huge volume of DATA in Web Dynpro. Can anyone please help in deciding which one (Web Dynpro abap / Web Dynpro Java ) is better for supporting high volume.

Anand

Hi Anand,

Please let me know which database you are using as backend. Both are compatible web dynpro for JAVA and ABAP.

If you are using SAP R3 system as backend then i think it would better to use web dynpro for ABAP for handling huge volume of data.

Thanks

Hi Arun,

Thank you for your reply!

We are using SAP R3 as backend for web dynpro. I believe if we use web dynpro Java, we will have to make RFCs for extracting data.

We have huge data to handle. Also there will be too many users connecting at the same time. Even I personally believe that web dynpro ABAP will be better than web dynpro Java.

Since I never worked on WDJ just wanted to make sure of it.

Thanks again.

Anand
