The package execution failed. The step failed

Hi experts,

I am facing prblem in sql server, We have scheduled a job for transation log backup but it failed and througing this error message. "Executed as user: PIIC071\SYSTEM. The package execution failed. The step failed."

Please check and guide how to overcome this problem.
