Hi,
I'm facing an issue with Support message which has been created in Sattelite system and available at Solution manager system . The issue is , support message doesn't show automatically the details about created person under colum ' Contact Person ' . Please provide your great suggestions , thanks

Hi Vivek,
Check if BP is created for that user and you have mapped to satellie system (identification tab)
e.g TRXN BP create business partner for that user and in identification tab maintain
ID type identification number
CRM001 <SID> <inst number> <CLNT> <User> (satellite system details)
