Hi,
I need to concatenate two objects in my OLAP universe based on a BEx query and wondering how to?
I tried using the "+" and it didnt work out. I couldnt find any functions too.
Please help.

You can-not concat two dimensions in the OLAP universe.
Currently it is only possible to create variables that returns Numeric values at the universe level.

That's true: this is a major SAP BW limitation.
Only numeric values are allowed as result of a calculated expression.
By the way, MSAS supports such calculations.

Do we still have this limitation even after applying of SP3 ?
I want to do "Current Calendar Month - (Minus) 12 Months". As it will generate a dateformat ; Is it not possible in OLAP Universe built on SAP BW BEx Query?
