Auto valuation of inspection point

Dear experts

For auto valuation and auto close i have maintained following setting

in MIC :: sampling procedure, fixed scope, required chracteristics

In sampling procedure :: fixed sample and attributes for non confirming units and iinspection points ans sample 1

in plant data view :: auto close

my requirement: when i enter results if results within the range system should valuate and close the characteristics automatically without clicking Close button

but now system behaves

as now i have to click on close tab manually

what's i am missing??

Check your configuration in

QM>> Basic settings>>plant level settings>>Plant >> results recording>> recording configuration.

It should be option 3: close , navigate, save automatically.

HI Praveen,

As you want to close the MIC Result automatically,

You need to do below Setting.

1. In Sampling Procedure Valuation mode , you need to take the correct valuation mode.like if MIC has Control Limits than- meen value within Tolerance range, for Qualitative- Valuation Acc to attribute code , etc

2. You have to define in SPRO or in user settings of RR screen, - Define Recording Configuration ( SPRO> Qm>Quality Insp> Result Rec>)

than after entering the value and pressing enter MIC will close automatically...

What was the valuation you used in the sampling procedure. I'm not sure you have the correct one yet.

Have you made confirmation setting for control key in opk4.Check

Result Rec(QM)-->Error msg when no inspe results exists

what is exact need of yours.

If you want to valuate the RR then settings you have done are seems to be ok.

But If you are interested in Automatic valuation of Inspection points then this is not the settings.

Explore the settings at operation level of inspection plan or rautings
