Report : List project by system status

Is there a work around to list projects by system status code ? I want to see which WBS's are still in CRTD and how many under REL status . Thanks.

use the status selection functionality in PS reporting - you can create seperate profiles for CRTD and REL

Thanks CN41N/43N would give me report ... and i can modify the layout to include status field. But i want to search projects by system statuses... any work arounds ?

Hi Virendra according to your advice if i go how can i include STATUS as a field in the information system profile (or elsewhere .. ?) . I want STATUS as an selection field in my main screen of CN41/43N to list the Projects..

in the mentioned reports there is a button for status

click that to be able to get the inpout for the status selection profile

you need to first configure status selection profile using transaction BS42

now call this status selection profile in the CN41 selection screen and you should get the list of projects based on status selection

Hi,

You can use CN41N / CN43N which will give you the status of each WBSE.
