How to configure an user to buy to different purchasing organizations

Hi,

In our client, there are some users that need to be able to create bid invitations for different purchasing organizations, just like SAP ECC.

However, we do not know how to configure this user to buy to different purchasing organizations in transaction PPOMA_BBP. The user is usually assigned to a purchasing group which has to be assigned to one purchasing organization.

Is it possible to assign the user to more than one purchasing group, each one assigned to different purchasing organizations?

Hi,

In order to view the "Purchaser Assignments" structure, goto the bottom

left hand pane, where you see a list of all of your Orgs.

Right click on a PGROUP and you will see in the menu, "Purchaser

Assingment".

Select this and you will see that the right hand pane changes from

"Staff assignments" to "Purchaser assingments".

You can maintain a user "linkage" to the PGROUP here without having to

change the organization of your users in the Staff assignments

structure.
