CREATING SERVICE ORDER TO MOVE-OUT CUSTOMER

Hi Experts,

I Just wonder if it is possible to generate service orders, bills and other business objects to a costumer with a move-out?.

Hi,

Move-out date - is date on which the billing-related aspects of the contract with the customer end. From billing side you can not create for the future any billing documents or invoices for the contract with move-out. There is one possibility for creating manual billing documents with the key date before move-out date.

With a move out, the contract with the customer ends. so in this case with relation to service order we can create service order to move our a customer and a final bill is created for that customer. after which no relation exist with the customer for billing as well as order related.
