Shipment costs requirement

Hi Experts,

The following is my requirement -

I have an order for which I need to create a delivery. To physically delivery I contact around 3 freight forwarders (example = DHL,FEDEX, Professional couriers)

The freight forwarders each quote a price for the goods to be delivered.

The freight forwarder with the lowest price should be considered.

In SAP terms, in my shipment document, the freight forwarder number should be populated in the forwarding agent field, and I should be able to capture this price in the shipment cost document.

How do I map this in SAP? Please help.

For the vendor Selection process based on Quotation is simillar to the MM Vendor selection process.
