Integrating Outlook with SAP Application

Hi All,

My Requirement is to create a Outlook meeting request through SAP application.

I referred to the below code from SAP SDN. Check in the below link.

Finding the location is given. But I have to check if the room is free by the time that we specify. Is there any way to do that?

Only if the room is free, the meeting request should be sent. Any ideas or suggestions?
