Available time of manulally created planned order in product planning table

Dear PP/DS Experts

When creating planned order manually, the system behavior is different between the product view and product planning table.

For example, in product view, if I create planned order on 11, May, the planned order's availabel time is 11 May, 23:59:59.

In product planning table, if I create planned order on 11, May, the planned order's availabel tiem is 11 May, 24:00:00, so it displays as if on 12, May.

How can I control this as if I create planned order in product view.
