Lean WM - Manual batch allocation - How to update delivery?

Hi all,

We have a lean WM environment and do not use auto batch determination. We create the delivery and then create a TO to generate the pick slip. The picker collects the inventory and selects batches manually using an external FIFO system (colorful stickers!).

My question is this: Is there anyway I can enter the batches into the transfer order or delivery and confirm without having to delete the initial TO, enter the picked batches into the delivery, create another TO, confirm the TO the do the PGI?

Kapil, thanks for your feedback. I actually found a button I didn't know about during confirm TO LT12 called "Input List" which allows you to enter batches picked, including batch splits.

6 years of WM and I've never clicked on that button!

Hi,

NO, without having to delete the initial TO

You have to cancell initial TO, then you can asign another ones.
