customizing for claims

Dear Experts

Hi,

I want to set a cost collector for when i save a claim and as you know i should do some customizing but i haven't those node that is useful for this reason in our system. such as :Controlling Scenario for calims, assigment of controlling senario for notification type and Business add in: customer specific check before for notification type, now i dont know what should i do? please inform me how should i activate these links in my client.

As Mohamed Rafi said, check out for the software component activation, you might have missed out the PLM extension.

Following are the paths under project system

Project system -> Claim -> Settings for Claims -> Controlling Scenario for Claims

Project system -> Claim -> Settings for Claims -> Assignment of Controlling Scenario for Notification Type

Read the pre-requisite section. Try activating this extension EA-PLM in SFW5.

I would suggest you to check with your BASIS guy. I dont think PS forum will help you in this issue.
