smartform:chinese can't be show correctly in WEB GUI but in SAP GUI is ok

Dear experts,

I met one question,we designed a smartform in CRM system,in SAP GUI, this form show correctly in all langue(DE,EN CN),but when use WEB GUI to review it(click the link point,the form opened to a PDF file),chinese can't be shown correctly.so would you like to give us some suggestion?
