Deletion of Duplicate " Regions" when creating a SC

Hi Folks,

when the user is creating a SC the user is trying to search the address by region.

In our system we have multiple values for the same region

Example .. Victoria Region

In system when selecting the region " Victoria " there are two entries with the same description.

Out of the two One is working fine when selected .

when we select the other one system is throwing an error

"The Region "VC"(Victoria) is not maintained for country AU (Item1 )"

checked in the adrc Table too.

Any inputs on this will be of great help

Hi

hope you have done UNDO

and put country as AU aND SELECT victoria , then click search button

FIND PERFORM LOCATION

REGION VIC search you must get

for eg. go to org structure

address

AU - region code might be VIC . it may not store as VC.
