At same time in the T-code DB02 table size reduced.

For this we need to run the in the Mssql Query u201C dbcc shrinkdatabase(<dbname) u201C. Or any other way or any advices how we can shrink the database?

Hi,

Perform Table Specific Reorganization or DB Reorganization (based on the size of DB and the usage of SAP System).

Please refer[ this useful thread|] to get more information.

Also you can use RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY report.

As per this SAP Note Note 1150724 - Consolidated note on the check & repair reports for PSA,

RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY /_MS
          o Description:

This report is used to check the PSA tables against the directory entries and the partition
related inconsistencies. It is useful in scenarios when the PSA requests are deleted from the administrative
data but not from the database, requests are not available in the PSA tree but exist in the
corresponding PSA table, all the requests in a partition are deleted but the partition is
not dropped and to check if data has been deleted or written into incorrect partitions
