Hi,
I want to desable left hand side pannel which consists worklist find and calender tabs...for the all the usersso tht they should not view all the other tickets in the service desk.

Hi Manu,
There are two ways to hide the locator. The locator is the one which contains the search,worklist and calender tab. This setting is user specific.
either the user can hide the locator as Shyam suggested or being an administrator, you can disable it from SU01. Select the user in SU01-- Personlization--User Settings for CRM Transaction Processing. Select Hide Locator here.

Hi Manu,
Once you get the screen "Display support message" for the first time, you go to Extras>Locator>Show/Hide Locator (F9)
then from next time onwards you will not get the leftside panel.
Hope this solves your query.
More over when you use workcenter you will not get this panel. Hence give only workcenter access to keyusers with only message create role.
