Grp & counter for Q PLAN

How should i give a group & counter for the the inspection plan if i am having 100 materials.Should each have same counter & grp

Hi,

Inspection plan group & counter number dosnt depent on material number.

Same inspection plan you can assing to 100 materials.

In inspection plan header screen there is material assignment tab,click on it & provide the material number & plant there along with counter.Keep counter number same for all 100 materials.

So u will have same inspection plan(group & counter) for all material for same usage.

If you want to change the usage then the counter number will change.

If char are same for all materials:

Then use material assignment tab in the inspection plan header ,enter Material,group ctr & plant.

if char are differnet then better to have different group ( automatically different gr counter)
