Hi, please advise the steps in transfering the certain data from receiving insp to completion of UD in receiving insp using material specifiction master data.

Create class characteristics & also create MIC with reference to the class characteristics.
Then assign this MIC to the material in QS61.
In quality view of material master also tick the inspection by material specification.
