We have a user situation where they approve shopping carts from their cell phone. We are on SRM 4.00 version. User says they can clearly see the link to approve by phone and appeared to have been sent properly. But when they look at the back end system, the carts were still oustanding.
The user is using "iphone".
I read some where that iphone cannot be used for shopping cart approvals. Is that true? If not, any idea of a work around?

Generally SRM approval from a mobile device or phone does not work as standard.
SAP Note 1166763 discusses the issue using a Blackberry phone, I think your issue may be similar.
SAP are happy to charge you for a solution for the Blackberry, maybe they have an APP for the IPhone as well?

I think you are talking about Offline Approval via email.
Please check if approved/rejected email is in SCOT transaction.
