SD_SWU_ACTIVE functionality to view documents under 'relationship'

Hi,

I have work-flow object SD_SWU_ACTIVE activated against my profile which makes the services for object visible under VA02 and VA03 transactions.

We have inbound Idoc's for PO coming from our customer's to book sales orders. I know that once the IDOC is successfully processed, at a later stage i can go into sales order (VA02 or VA03) 'services for objects > relationships' to view the Idoc number it was created from.

I have used this functionality in the past but for some reason its not working at the current client location. We are running on SAP 4.7C

I found a SAP note for Invoice: 378023, is there one for sales order too??

Can one of you point me in the right direction?

SAP note: 682697 will fix this problem.
