in my form output i am getting '# ' why??

The most likely reason is your SAP system does not "know" these character codes - ie. characters used in the form definition do not belong to the codepage used by your SAP system. These should be Polish special characters (included in SAP codepage 1401, ISO-8859-2).

I agree with Maciej. You probably have to change your device type. Ask your admin. And search the forum with "hash" term.
