How to change the Material Description from Cyrillic to English

In MM03 transaction for some material numbers the description is showing in Cyrillic. This is because on the material master the cyrillic text is entered on master data level not on organizational level.

is it possible to change that to English? if yes, how?

I think you can change the Description related to the language in MM02 tcode

Chose the Basic data 1 and click on the Additional Data

The first tab is Description

Here you can add a new row by Putting the language as EN and Description and save it
