Reduced sampling

Dear QM Gurus,

Our clients are going apply reduce testing for the raw materials.

Material will be tested with limited test and UD will be taken in SAP regularly.

Once in 15 batches , They will perform complete analysis and release in SAP.

We require system control so that after 15 th batch of particular raw material, SAP system should not allow to release

without complete analysis.

Please give us the master and config settings for the same .

Hi,

Use DMR

if you are recording few inspection characteristic in each inspection lot and need to inspect all MIC, every 15th GR.

then use DMR at characteristic level
