Receiver Generator

Dear Friends,

I have a query on the receiver generator data object.

In case of an instance getting deleted in the backend for a receiver generator data object, the corresponding logical device gets deleted from the MI?. if yes, can we stop this from happening?.

Hi Suresh,

You can actually control this through a customer service with which you can ignore all delete messages. But if you do this the receiver generation data will be out of sync with the backend and these "orphaned devices" will never be deleted afterwards(unless deleted manually through device admin page)

So, I am wondering why do you have to ignore such deletes from the backend system?
