Line items rejected when PGI is complete

Hello All,

I am facing problem. For a delivery Line items are getting rejected after PGI. Even though all those item categories are delivery and picking relevent. please guide me.

Hi Mr. Himadri,

What you are saying is not possible, I am not saying thats impossible.

Only in two case

either your order has not fully delivered i.e out of 5 only 2 quantity has been PGId

or somebody do it on table level (VBAP)

Your problem is not very clear. What is meant by delivery line items getting rejected after PGI.

I assume you have

Created a sales order

Created a delivery

Performed picking/PGI of the delivery

Please explain the problem at this stage.

Hello All,

Thanx for immediate response. Just to make things clear. I have created a std sales order of 50 line items. Delivery has been created against that order. After completing all necessary steps I did PGI. After PGI only few line items are getting posted. Those lline items of item category XTAQ (taken from TAQ) are getting posted (having movement type 601). But item categories XTAM, XTD7 and XTAP are not posted.

Whatever I have observed, those items are rejected, have the Schedule line category ZA. For that Schedule line category movement type 601 is not maintained. Is it the possible reason to reject? Kindly help if any other analysis can solve this.
