Hello,
I have configured UWL and it works fine for my userID.
When I try with another user ID, I get this following message.
Unable to perform the request. Try again. If the problem persists, inform your system administrator
This user is part of a specific custom workflow. I did the user mapping by using this user's R3 (userid/pwd).
The UWL log on the server shows.
Message : com.sapportals.portal.prt.runtime.PortalRuntimeException: Failed to load Universal Worklist! Server side include of the application integrator failed!
Message : Failed to load Universal Worklist! Server side include of the application integrator failed! No child node binded!
Anybody have a clue what am missing...
Hello,

Wouter

Dear Tony,
Check the permissions, and also check the authorizations given to that user.
I guess the problem lies with the permissions of the UWL SYSTEM you configured, have a look.

I am able to see the UWL iview (and work items for Z_Test user) for my user ID.
I still get the message for the user ID am testing (Z_Test):
Unable to perform the request. Try again. If the problem persists, inform your system administrator.
The UWL system permissions has "UWL group" with Administrator, and "end user" checked.
The UWL group, has user mapping with Z_Test and the R3 password.
Does this mean, Z_Test is missing some R3 roles ?
