"Internal error in communication

Hi Gurus,

I have a query where when i try to post a billing document to accounting i get this error.

Am even not able to enter the billing document s item conditions and when i click on conditions i get the same error.

The error is

"Internal error in communication between

configuration and sales doc.GET_CONFIG_MODE"

When i goto item configuration from menu bar goto-item -configuration .. nothing is getting displayed.

Please suggest as this is a critical issue.

Dear Customer,

The reason why you are getting this error is because of an inconsistent

configuration for the sales Order . Please run the report

RCU_CHECK_CONFIGURATION as described in the note 901893 with

"Find wrong vbap CUOBJ" for the SELVBELN . You can run it

in test mode first with "update database" blank and then afterwards

in update mode . This report resets the CUOBJ back to 000000000000000000

so it can be accessed in VA02.

As described in the note , afterwards you must then maintain the

configuration of the relevant document items manually.

kindly give me the error message if the Message no. V1854 then do check the belwo points

1. Overlapping has happened in the table IBIN check the program "RIBCHECKIBIN" to correct .

2. Check the OSS notes 557641 ,900047 & 200914
