Installation PI 7.1 with IDES 6.0 ERP

Hi Experts.

We are making some tests, and we plan to install a ERP 6.0 onto a SAP NETWEAVER 7.1 and in the same server PI 7.1. Is this possible? At least to have a product test environment... ?

Hi Nahoz,

Yes...Its very well possible. You can install multiple instances of SAP on the same server until you feel the hardware capacity of that server is enough to handle both the instances.

If it is for test environment, then you can install. For Productive instances, i do not prefer the same.

Hi Nahoz,

You can have multiple instance in the same server...like development and Test System But you should have enough size for this.
