Just trying to learn several things. So if someone can show me interesting stuff....
We have a very basic usage of QM :
Somtime Supplier items are not good enough , then QM open a new advice (tr QM01).
In the differents actions they put one saying that we are asking for a credit note of xxx euros
several other actions depending of the prblem
and at the end another action saying that the supplier gave us a credit note of yyy euros.
same thing for customers problems.
All Informations about expected cost and resulting cost are in the actions text area !
That kind of use looks ugly in my point of view but I don't know anything about how to do things like I guess they should be done.
I've seen that there is something named claim management in the Project module (trs CLMx).
I've seen that there are areas for storing estimated claimed and resulting costs of advices in QMEL table..
Can I made them to be available directly in QM0x dynpros ?
Should I ask QM people to create Claim advice linked to QM advice ?
Interested in all advices.
PS : I've seen that I can very easely make appends to QMEL table but I don't want to add something already existing.
